Once you have finalised your order and processed payment it cannot be changed. We cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout.
However you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. If your items have already been sent then your order can no longer be cancelled. Please follow the returns process once your order arrives and please note your delivery fee will not be refunded.
The return process will be advised when you get in touch.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us with an image of the damage/fault along with the date of order.
Please also include any feedback on the damage/fault and we will assist you further.
Where the products are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will either replace the products or give you a full refund.
After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.
- For metro areas our delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days.
- For regional areas our delivery time frame is 5 - 7 business days.
- For remote locations our delivery time frame is 7 - 14 business days.
Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, private mail bags (PMBs) or locked bags.
Delivery is $4.50 for one game within New Zealand. Please contact us if you wish to order more than one game at a time, or for international deliveries.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.
